Program Oversight: Collaborate with program management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.

Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Technical Expertise: Conduct impactful technical demonstrations, showcasing the full spectrum of Uptive's manufacturing capabilities to potential clients.

Mandatory travel requirement of >50% of your time to effectively cover your assigned region.

Strong technical acumen with effective communication skills for diverse audiences.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Offer educational resources to support the entire patient journey by optimizing processes for prior authorizations/appeals/specialty pharmacy and addressing access issues.

Knowledge of commercial insurers, managed care, government (Part D) and federal payer sectors.

5+ years proven commercial experience within the Biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within specialty pharmaceuticals.

4+ years Market Access, specialty pharmacy, or Reimbursement experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Previous experience with product launch preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of specialty markets, HUB/Reimbursement services and patient access programs.

Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour

Overtime Pay: $40.50 Per Hour
