Coordinating and obtaining prior authorizations for managed care residents

Ensure that MDS information is transmitted per guidelines.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team, Licensed Nursing Meetings any other meetings deemed necessary by supervisor.
Review care plan with resident/designated party quarterly and/or as indicated
Coordinate the MDS schedule for needed assessments, with Interdisciplinary Team, to ensure compliance with all scheduled MDS assessments.
