Develop, lead, and deliver site emergency response training to the ERT/ECT to comply with INEOS and regulatory requirements

Schedule and conduct site emergency drills for the ERT/ECT to comply with INEOS and regulatory requirements

Ensure all qualifications are obtained and maintained for the ERT.

Manage 3rd party contractor security officers.

5 years or more of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably chemical manufacturing).

Knowledgeable in SHE Technical Areas is preferred.

Develops SHE trainings/certifications and raises SHE awareness for employees/management.

Responsible for facility management within National Vacuum Equipment sites to improve environmental road map, provide continuous update and implementation.

ISO certification and / or audit experience.

Participate in actions related to the establishment of and compliance with ISO Certifications.

A minimum of 3 years' experience within a multi-disciplined manufacturing environment.

Degree and/or training in a manufacturing discipline with experience in environmental health & safety

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of SHE experience in manufacturing and/or consulting environments or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

Well-developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and a challenging workload

Develop and implement SHE management systems to drive compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Provide SHE support in the design and installation of new or modified equipment and management of change processes

3-5 years of SHE experience.

Influencing skills, Presenting skills, people management

Influence senior management and drive safety and environmental leadership through management

Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management

University degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent industrial experience

Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities

Good knowledge of Manufacturing and Process Improvement
