5 + years of experience of managerial experience

In depth understanding of all areas of operations management

Manage and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures

Develop employees by establish, manage, and maintain a well-trained and motivated staff

Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field or commensurate experience

Assists the Site Manager in administration of the contract during 2nd shift hours of operation.

Ensure compliance with all PWS/Contract requirements. Oversees all maintenance efforts during 2nd shift by efficiently managing manpower and resources.

Manages Production Control, Quality Control and Logistics personnel to complete assigned maintenance tasks.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ensure continuity of processes and procedures continues from 1st to 2nd shift.

Coordinates with the customer if any schedule/mission changes arise.

Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Strong interpersonal skills with effective conflict management and resolution skills

Organizing and managing schedules for self and managers (i.e. meetings, travel arrangements, events, etc.)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field with at least 5yrs of relevant experience

Some experience providing administrative support within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Experience creating and revising presentations, reports, agendas, memos and other documentation

•Supervise the on-site management of sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed

•Schedule work activities, within specified change control / management protocol

•Manage local client relationship and act as the point of contact for the company at this site

•Work with internal leadership to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize safety, performance,

Education: High School or GED Equivalent.

Experience: 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility preferred.
