Site Inventory Specialist Jobs

Ability to see project management wholistically, understanding and managing the overall project and its progress

Prioritize tasks while being flexible; strong time management and the ability to manage workload

Relationship/rapport building and negotiating with underlying property owners to secure lease; manage landlord needs and set expectations

Forecast and manage a site development tracking report and timeline.

1-2 years experience of tower siting, zoning, leasing and pre-construction process preferred

Relevant experience in commercial real estate, title industry, legal support in real estate development, etc are encouraged to apply

Project Management experience/skills, although past title of Project Manager not necessary

Experience reading and interpreting civil drawings; including stationing and aerial/underground utility symbology

Experience or Understanding of basic underground utility construction design and practices

Strong relationship building skills – important for both internal and external relationships

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Las Vegas, NV 89030

Preparing & Submitting Permits to Entities or Reviewing/Redlining Permits for Entities

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

1 year required of related experience, preferably in distribution industry.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including editing macros and utilizing other advanced functionality.

Knowledge of database software, including creating basic queries, code and reports.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, proven ability to apply these in business environment.

3-6 years’ experience in 3PL Warehousing and Inventory Management

Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.

Professional demeanor, and phone etiquette skills

Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Responsible for inventory accuracy, including reporting KPIs and performing root cause analysis.

Oversee accuracy of 3PL receiving, put away, and fulfillment operations.

Coordinates ordering activities as minimum quantities are approached or as knowledge of larger demands are communicated.

Communicates with Distribution Supervisor on ordering and loading schedule requirements.

Three or more years of shipping and receiving and inventory experience.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures.

Good written and oral communications skills.

Must be able to meet ATF “possessor” requirements.

Supports the project team in any additional inventory management requirements

Two-year related degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education

Previous industrial or commercial construction experience

Serves as a primary liaison among the project team, Corporate Supply Chain department, Suppliers, and Transportation companies.

Initiates and tracks material and equipment requisitions using Blattner systems, Supplier SharePoints, Transportation company websites, etc.
