Performs real-time management of the truck team throughout the shift.
Collaborates with the Distribution Manager and Shipping Coordinators to develop daily work assignments for each shipping team member.
Evaluates the capabilities of shipping team members and makes sure we have the right person in the right job.
Is expert in the customer specific requirements related to pallet build, special labelling and other specifications related to Truck Order Fulfillment.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
5+ years' experience in a distribution center/ warehouse supervisory role managing hourly employees.
