Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role.
Performs all computer functions necessary to ship and track various aspects of goods. Specifically, FedEx Ship Manager.
Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on the clients' requirements.
A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Unpacks, examines, notes damaged items, and routes incoming shipments. Corresponds with Client to rectify damages or errors.
Reports defective materials to the department supervisor.
