Associates Degree (Technical Diploma) or 2 years college course work in the HVAC field

State of Georgia HVAC License

Perform data entry and operate the computer programs associated with component production, labeling, storage, and sample tube management.

Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing process.

Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information provided from other departments to meet time requirements and quality standards.

Identify and quarantine products/samples that don’t meet quality requirements. Perform disposition of unacceptable products/samples.

Good communication skills, with the ability to work on a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision

Manufacture, label, test, sample, and store blood products/samples according to applicable policies and procedures.

One year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment

Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.

Experience monitoring the quality of raw materials or finished goods

Review labels, containers and packaging items to assure correct items and information is used.

Operate equipment for packaging, stacking, conveying and wrapping.

Use vacuum hoist lift assist.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter with strong people skills

Experience working with rectifiers and controllers circuitry.

Experience with using schematics and drawing to troubleshoot electronic circuits

Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking

2 years of automation experience

Experience with material handling, automation and robotics equipment

Basic understanding of PLC’s (no programming experience required)

Experience with dispense systems a plus

Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, or replacing automation/robotic system components

Identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism

2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience

Knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach this
