• Supervising staff during the evening shift
• Ensuring that all customer service needs are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Ensuring that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the shift
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting with closing duties
