The 1st Shift Production Team Member is responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
• Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Following all safety protocols and procedures
