Fermentation/Brewer Associate - Friday Through Sunday 2Nd Shift

Manage fermentation processes and sanitation processes (clean in place/steam in place)
HS diploma or similar certification
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience working with industrial fermentation processes including but not limited to brewing, pharmaceutical, enzyme, biofuels, etc. is preferred
Clean and maintain fermentation and media vessels according to standard operating procedures
Accurately and safely handle/measure chemicals for CIP's/SIP's
