QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATIONAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

Associates Degree in computer-related discipline required; additional education, certification and/or experience is a plus.

Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups, both in person and remotely, via telephone or electronic communication.

Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

Manufacturing experience of 1-2 years preferred

Must be able to stand for long periods of time with scheduled breaks

Must be able to lift/carry approximately 10 pounds.

Must be able to walk around machine/equipment frequently to ensure it is operating correctly. Surfaces are mostly concrete.

Must be able to push filled boxes of product onto the conveyer. Light force is required to complete this task.

Must be able to use step ladders when cleaning out auto baggers.

1-2+ Years of sit down and stand-up forklift experience.

Active forklift certification a plus

Shipping & Receiving experience in a cold storage facility, specifically around the food or beverage industry

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, quality control, lean manufacturing

Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state

Operate the forklift safely with constant awareness of the people and environment around you

Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Hands-on technical evaluation of returned merchandise.

Sorting returned product and arranging for warranty refunds or staging for resale.

Order picking from on-line and in-person orders.

Packing products for domestic and worldwide delivery.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
