Daily interaction with Lift Drivers.

Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

1 year of warehouse experience

Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS

Handle or manage tools or equipment

Research and correct transaction errors

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

1 year of experience in a warehouse environment

Experience operating material handling equipment and using a handheld scanner

Handle or manage tools or equipment

Load and unload material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc.

Ensure packaging, routing and systems work is completed quickly and accurately

Meet function and quality department procedure requirements.

Knowledge of Personal computer operations and ZimVie order entry and inventory Systems. Analytical ability coupled with clerical speed and accuracy required.

Ships pick up orders from BOSS system on a daily basis.

Ensure at day end all orders for item type 1 with same day due date are processed.

Monitor and inform when to replenish shipping supplies, e.g., shipper, boxes, pallets, tapes and others.

Coordinate PTO with peers and avoid multiple team members on PTO same period.

Maintains cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse, performs other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management

General knowledge of warehouse processes and warehouse systems, basic PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint

Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00, depending on experience

Paid Time Off plus paid holidays

Immediately escalate to management customers complaint (i.e. inabilities to meet customer request or customer reported errors).

Proficient and accurate data entry skills.

Follows all written and verbal instructions provided by management, project leader, etc.…

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office, WMS, document scanning, copying and basic office skills.

Notify manager/supervisor if trailers are not being unloaded and loaded within the designated time frame.

Review open receipts and orders daily and communicate any issues to your manager.
