Overview:

The 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery in a manufacturing facility. This position will ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner and that all safety protocols are followed.

Detailed Job Description:

The 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities on the 2nd shift.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and inspect equipment and machinery to ensure that it is in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any mechanical or electrical issues with equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Work with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
