Provide regular reports to Program Management and Stakeholders on status of QA work

At least 3+ years experience managing team members in a fast paced / agile QA environment (must have strong leadership skills)

Experience working as a Test Lead for a Health Plan organization

Hands on experience using formal QA / Testing methodology and processes

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments and priorities

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
