The Shift Lead Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. The Shift Lead Manager will be responsible for training and supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Shift Lead Manager will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that all staff are following the company’s policies and procedures. The Shift Lead Manager will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Job Skills Required
