6+ months experience with stand-up high reach is required.

Previous warehouse experience such as shipping or receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred.

Take pallets of product that have been received into inventory and place them into storage in the correct slot

Record the placement of each pallet into the inventory system

Retrieve pallets of product from storage and place into correct slot for order selectors to receive

Complete Greencroft's 5 Training Modules' Certification

Previous experience working with elderly people, preferred

Assist with transferring residents, take to/from meals, and assist with feeding

Assist with resident daily hygiene, dressing, and help resident maintain physical functioning

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA certified in the State of Indiana

Minimum 3 years of stand up reach experience

Work in a Freezer from 30 degrees to -5 degrees

Flexible to work overtime on Saturday or Sunday

Prior experience in a warehouse or as a general laborer preferred.

Previous experience working in a position which includes heavy telephone, radio, and computer usage

Effective oral and written communications skills for in-person, radio, and phone conversations

3 months experience performing these or similar tasks or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Be constantly pedestrian aware and knowledge of safety procedures while performing forklift driving and material handling.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Basic Math and English skills, useful when working out weights and distances.

May require forklift operators certifications.

Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required

Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions

Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines

Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines

Perform basic quality checks as required

Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
