Knowledge of basic lab skills

Educational attainment equivalent to high school graduation

Quality control and production testing experience involving paints, varnishes, or general coatings

Knowledge of MS Office Suites and/or software applications related to job functions

Knowledge of lab safety guidelines and regulations

Communication, filing and some computer skills are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

This position requires a current State of FL HVAC License.

Performing routine building maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, pressure washing, and other duties.

Performing minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.

Ability to successfully pass a federal background check and a drug screen

This position may require monthly travel to Davie, FL (up to one week per month)
