Overview SFCC QA is a Quality Assurance role responsible for ensuring the quality of software products developed by Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The role involves testing the functionality of the software, identifying and resolving any issues, and ensuring that the software meets the customer’s requirements. Detailed Job Description

The SFCC QA role involves testing the functionality of the software, identifying and resolving any issues, and ensuring that the software meets the customer’s requirements. This includes:

• Developing and executing test plans and test cases

• Documenting test results and defects

• Analyzing test results and providing feedback to the development team

• Working with the development team to ensure that defects are fixed

• Performing regression testing to ensure that fixes do not introduce new issues

• Working with the customer to ensure that the software meets their requirements

Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of software development and testing processes

• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash

• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in software testing

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
