Coordinates management of projects to ensure all applicable contracts, agreements, and form documents align with City and department standards.
Provide advocacy and manage intergovernmental affairs for identified communities in the City of Burlington.
Manage limited services, seasonal and intern staff as required..
Directs the evaluation of policies and practices within the municipality utilizing REIB best practice framework to assess compliance, functionality, and effectiveness.
Assist in developing annual and multi-year program plans to help meet equity goals and continuous improvement efforts for assigned city departments.
Collaborate with REIB team members to plan strategic development and implementation of the Equity Index dashboard.

This position works with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that sexual health services are provided in a safe and effective manner. The Sexual Health Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, and providing education and outreach to the public. Detailed Job Description The Sexual Health Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sexual health programs and initiatives. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of sexual health services, including HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, and treatment

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, or related field
• At least two years of experience in program management or related field
• Knowledge of sexual health services, including HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, and treatment
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices
• Knowledge of community health and social services
• Knowledge of program planning and evaluation
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with community partners
• Ability to provide education and outreach to the public
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
