Prepare Utilization Management and statistical reports related to all programs for Samaritan PSO meetings

Verify client insurance coverage and benefits

Submit insurance billing information to managed care organizations, monitor payments and denials of payment

Conduct Level 1 audits in accordance with applicable agecy policy and procedure

Maintain Staff Training Log and TnCare required training for staff on Relias. Maintain training documentation on all staff members

Participate in Professional Staff Organization (PSO) meetings

2- 5 Years of Sales/Financial Service Production

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Series 6 & 65 (must be able to obtain)

A passion to continually learn, growing your knowledge in the area of personal finance, US and foreign markets

Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus are essential

Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin and/or Cantonese or Spanish

Series 7 and 63 licensure required, Series 9-10 preferred

Paid training and support provided to help you obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses

We are a 24 x 6 call center, first shift available, second and third shifts are detailed below:

Proven ability to identify business challenges, translate into specifications and manage projects to deliver products that drive benefit for our merchants.

Manage and monitor commercial pipeline for our Platforms, Issuing, and EFP suite

Maintain external and internal education, collateral, and commercial documentation for EFP

5+ years experience in financial technology

Experience at a high growth technology company

You have strong working knowledge of the payments industry, financial services industry, issuing products, and associated regulations
