Service Design Intern Jobs

Data Entry : Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

Working knowledge of on-the-ground clinical operations or revenue cycle management in healthcare

Healthcare product management and areas where access to the users may be difficult

Identify current user experience issues, and drive measurable improvements

Design digital experiences rooted in research that are easily understood by users

Work with diverse product teams including business stakeholders, product owners, product managers, delivery managers, designers, developers, and other researchers

10 or more years of professional experience

Help conceive, design, develop, test, and launch service experiences, applying systems thinking to experiences that engage people in meaningful ways

Understand our capabilities in cloud engineering, natural language processing, data visualization, and industrial and organizational psychology

Currently in or just graduated from a Masters program in Service Design or Experience Design

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Research, UX Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, Business Design and Value Proposition.

Experience prototyping in and designing with data

Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
