Eight years of related professional experience, three of which were in a supervisory capacity. Preferred experience in:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent knowledge.
Oversees organizing, coordination, scheduling, and prioritizing scheduling of rooms, event set-ups, and daily tasks to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
Participates in budget planning for AV and technology needs. Coordinates bid and selection process. Places orders and follows-up on transactions.

This includes troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment. The technician must be able to diagnose and repair any issues with the equipment, as well as provide customer service and technical support. The technician must also be able to provide training and instruction to customers on how to use the equipment. Job Skills Required
