A minimum of six months of experience in run cutting techniques including proficiency in computerized run cutting methods.

A minimum of six months of experience in manual and computerized schedule making techniques.

Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

Working Environment And Physical Requirements

Assists in producing computerized run cuts for Bus/ Rail Operator votes.

1-3 years Two years customer service or healthcare experience Required

Excellent customer focus/service, people skills, listening, verbal and written communication, problem solving and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of standardized scheduling, canceling, rescheduling, attendance procedures.

Knowledge of Commercial Insurance referral and authorization process is preferred.

Possess knowledge of PC applications (NT, Windows), healthcare applications and phone systems.

Resolves customer problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. (15%)

Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, orthopedic specialty a plus.

Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type accurate patient information.

Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service concepts and techniques.

Continuing Medical Education (depending on position)
