Senior Tube Mill Engineer Jobs

Minimum of 10 years design experience with at least 5 specifically related to mill liners

Document control experience and familiarity with ECO processes

Requires the ability to duplicate tube patterns, plan equipment set ups, make adjustments and check parts.

Performs flaring, deburring, end sizing and other operations incidental to producing desired bends. Installs a variety of end fittings.

Records developed measurement and angles used in obtaining desired patterns for future reference.

Uses tools and equipment such as wrenches, hose threading machines, hose tapping machines, table saws, drill motors, and pressure testing equipment.

Manage new capital project budget or other projects to ensure they are effective and completed on time and on budget.

Support operations with documentation and assist with sharing the needed level of equipment knowledge.

Manage the commissioning of new equipment within the production facility.

Manage the budget, performance expectations and timeline for new equipment launch.

Firsthand experience in automated cold forming processes with roll forming and welding.

Knowledge of rolling pass design with inline high frequency welding, preference toward HSLA steels,
