Senior Talent Management Consultant Jobs in Utah

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of business analysis or project management experience.

Experience in a management consulting firm, particularly working with federal government clients.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Experience using project management software (i.e., Jira).

Experience with current and future state analysis, requirements analysis, and gap analysis.

Serve as project manager and business analyst across various types of projects and stakeholders (federal clients and internal to AE).

Superb project management, planning, coordination and organizational skills.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs implemented through trend analysis of program outcomes, interviews with management and staff, etc.

Manage and deliver annual, bi-annual and life-cycle employee listening strategies to include survey deployment and results analysis and socialization.

Excellent analytical skills; ability to provide reports, analyze data, draw conclusions and provide data-driven recommendations.

Excellent and concise communicator, written, verbal and presentation skills.

Contribute to the development and facilitation of training related to employee listening and engagement.
