Senior Systems Admin Jobs

Experience in enterprise level Windows Server operating environments, including Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SharePoint, Exchange services

TCP/IP and Microsoft Networking concepts

Windows and Unix/Linux interoperability services (e.g. centralized authentication technologies for cross-platform clients)

Ensure key metrics are codified and surfaced throughout all platforms to drive data-sharing and collaboration with management

Work closely with leadership to understand existing pain points, advocate for system scalability, and then prioritize and manage projects end-to-end

5+ years systems administration experience within a hyper-growth environment

Adept at growing and streamlining systems functions (startup experience is a major advantage)

Experience with SaaS applications (Zendesk, Talkdesk, Looker, Twilio, Agyle Time, Salesforce)

● Experience with user management systems

● Helpdesk management (resolving, managing, and escalating tickets)

● Hardware preparation, inventory management, and maintenance

● Assist in SaaS Administration of business communication and employee management tools

● 1-3 Years experience in technical support

● Apple and Microsoft Windows experience, Linux is a plus.

Manage and administer our Microsoft 365 environment, with a primary focus on Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Proven experience as an MS 365 Administrator, with a strong focus on Azure AD administration.

Experience with Azure AD Connect and directory synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to M365 and Azure AD services.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on M365 services, addressing their inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting.
