Be knowledgeable about pet-related events/resources and related costs within the community including dog parks, dog or cat shows, pet-friendly hotels, etc.

The Guest Advisor may be a ‘key holder’ and Leader on Duty (LOD) on a limited basis as needed.

Act as a personal shopper/information center for customers as they enter the store and be 100% focused on customer service.

Express passion about animal welfare and maintain integrity in the work area.

Politely and professionally respond to inquiries regarding products, services and pricing via the telephone.

Bend, kneel, lift (up to 50 pounds, as necessary) and stand for long periods of time.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Manage export edition print runs, reprints, and inventory.

Tracking inventory on managed titles and determine appropriate int’l distribution

Work with inventory managers to ensure international orders are released in a timely manner.

Managing, tracking, and communicating reprint and reorder information for department managers and directors

Manage EDI and ONIX inquiries on behalf of international customers.

Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Handles renewal activity for accounts, add-on sales activity, account management and other sales services

Effectively tracks and manages renewal cycles throughout the year

Manages additional high-profile accounts for tax compliance

Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

1+ year of work experience in a sales or relevant customer facing role

Maintain salesforce.com and keep management and other stakeholders apprised of pipeline health

Effectively handle objections and be able to link Enel X offerings to customer value

2-5 years minimum work experience in C&I energy storage, renewable energy, energy efficiency or energy/sustainability solutions sales.

Research target accounts and develop opportunity funnel

Map accounts with key customer and partner decision makers

Develop account plans and assist with customer bookings at direction of partner AE’s

Respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will consider candidates with strong jewelry sales experience.

GIA certification/in process of certification (preferred)

Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors

Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation.
