Proactive communication with regional construction, construction operations, property management, and asset management teams.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction/building science, engineering or architecture and design strongly preferred.
Serve as a point of contact for Contractors and 3rd party Project Managers regarding construction related issues.
Oversees & manages more complex capital and lease-based projects for their territory.
May oversee a team of Coordinators, Associate Construction Managers, and/or Construction Managers

Detailed Job Description The Senior Regional Construction Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for large-scale projects. This includes creating and managing the project schedule, tracking progress, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes or delays. The Senior Regional Construction Scheduler will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all materials and labor are available when needed. Additionally, this position will be responsible for monitoring the project budget and ensuring that all costs are kept within the approved budget. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling software
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
