Senior Product Operations Manager Jobs in Texas

Partner with the product management team to devise product strategy to ensure long term vision and success for the product.

Combine ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.

Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.

5-7 years working experience in the internet industry. E-commerce marketplace experience is preferred.

Be responsible for managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees).

Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality.

Experience with leading technology rollouts and large change management campaigns a plus

A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience

Create and manage product documentation such as user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes

3+ years' experience in digital product or technology consulting

Experience supporting retail, supply chain, or digital marketing operations a plus

Strong verbal/written business communication skills

Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD), participate in technical design discussions that will impact Platform capabilities

Synthesize market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen

Guide key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit)

8+ years in a product management role

Experienced with one of the large cloud providers developing the capabilities listed above

Skilled in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis

Strong problem solving, expectation management and critical thinking skills.

Leadership skills, with the ability to manage key relationships across the company

Communicate feature launch status to stakeholders and manage expectations where operation is impacted.

Identify and manage/partner with third-party vendors, where necessary.

5+ years of experience in operations or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
