• Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based systems and networks.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and policies.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Monitor and maintain system security.
• Research and recommend new technologies and solutions.
• Participate in system and network design and architecture.

Job Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
• Experience with system and network design and architecture.
• Experience with system backups and recovery.
