Senior Policy And Advocacy Associate Jobs

Strong communication abilities, including written skills for supporting outreach with key external audiences and partners

3-5 years experience working in international development and/or policy preferred, with a strong preference for candidates with a demonstrated understanding

Significant experience traveling and working internationally, primarily in the Global South, regardless of planned work location

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote, multicultural, multi time zone team;

Highly organized with ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities

Diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of cultural sensitivity;

Demonstrated success in issue-based campaigns. Experience engaging governments and broad coalitions to build consensus on policy issues is a strong plus.

At least four years of policy, campaign, research, and other relevant experience (including internships).

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Strong writing and policy research skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Ability to work collaboratively with a disbursed, remote team
