Senior Order Management Specialist Jobs

May be assigned to specific projects by management.

Working knowledge of ERP system for order entry.

SAP experience is preferred within a Customer Service/Call Center environment.

Knowledge of medical device or capital equipment orders is a plus.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions, create and reconcile reports, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Complete Support Renewal Order Management including processing purchase orders, credits, and billing management.

Provide support for Hardware and Software Order Management as needed.

Provide support for Consumption Order Management as needed.

Provide all necessary renewal reporting to manager and renewal sales representatives.

Effective communication skills both internally and externally.

Excellent computer skills (good working knowledge of MS Office).

Position is based at our Mt. Pleasant location. Hiring manager open to remote work a few days a week.

Sales, Marketing & Product Management

Prior industrial, technical experience (Preferred).

Preferred on track for obtaining PMI APM or PMP certification.

Act as the group's representative in meetings with customers.
