Project management foundational education or experience

Strong business verbal and written communication skills

Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads

Certifications related to digital marketing, such as the Online Marketing Certified Associate (OMCA)

Deliver real time insights and business transformation recommendations that improve our key measures, inform new business models, and optimize digital/ecommerce operations.

You are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2024

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)

Create and execute user experience A/B tests and implement winning cells of previous tests

1-2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization

1-2 years of experience in website development

Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS

Intermediate knowledge of Javascript (ES5/ES6)

Proven functional knowledge of marketing, marketing platforms, demand generation, and lead management.

Solid project management and prioritization skills, ability to create order and drive execution within a Kanban or sprint-focused technology team.

3+ years working in a project management tool like Jira and/or Asana

5+ years experience in marketing operations or marketing systems analysis, preferably in a fast paced hyper-growth environment.

3+ years’ experience with system integrations, data mappings, configurations, implementations, data migration and administration.

3+ years experience working on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or other CRM products.
