The Senior Manager DSD Excellence is responsible for leading and managing the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Excellence team. This role will be responsible for driving the DSD strategy, developing and executing initiatives to improve the DSD process, and ensuring the team is meeting all customer service and operational goals.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to improve the DSD process, driving the DSD strategy, and ensuring the team is meeting all customer service and operational goals. The Senior Manager DSD Excellence will be responsible for leading the team in the development of new processes and procedures, as well as the implementation of new technologies and systems. The Senior Manager DSD Excellence will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other internal teams.
