Senior Manager Contract Manufacturing Operations Jobs in Iowa

The position requires strong project and influence management skills to lead cross-functional project teams.

5+ year’s previous experience in sales, manufacturing, engineering and/or other Supply Chain functions.

Excellent communication skills - both formal and informal with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree Required – Type: Engineering, Business or Finance

Responsible for the day-to-day customer relationship, and is the primary contact for customer buyer.

Experience in planning activities and vendor management

Engineering, Program, Product, Quality, Service, and Sales Management

Lead and manage Manufacturing team located in our Vista, CA facility.

Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Manufacturing Engineers.

Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to establish and maintain production schedule.

Prior experience with the manufacturing of x-ray imaging devices is strongly desired.

Extensive knowledge of funding sources and associated requirements and regulations.

Skill in the application of managerial and organizational techniques.

Contributes expertise in the following focus area (s): social determinants of health, collaboration, advocacy, outreach, and education to community members.

Extensive knowledge of contract monitoring and/or procedures related to public (government) grant administration.

Skill in making presentations to groups.

Prepares Contracts in accordance with established procedure and Cover Letter signed by ED before agreed upon start of contract term.
