Required to have some working knowledge and skills related to proper turfgrass, infield and tree management.

May assist in the installation of sprinkler systems and perform irrigation repairs.

Position includes light construction, application of various pesticides, and other related/assigned duties as required.

Operates and maintains a variety of tools and specialized equipment.

Cleans and maintains City facilities; makes minor facility repairs; assists with the construction of new facilities and installation of equipment.

Cleans and stores hazardous materials according to City policy and procedures.

Conduct building inspections as scheduled by the Director of Facilities Management

Help on the overall maintenance of all Mercy Haven properties

Assist in the preparation of apartments for new/relocated residents and home improvement work

Perform routine maintenance, such as painting, wall repair, plumbing, electrical, window and door replacement, tile and cabinet work, etc.

Perform rehab of kitchens and bathrooms
