Formulate, interpret and implement litigation management policies and operating practices;

Identify opportunities for automated information solutions, leveraging pre-existing data and reducing manual data entry/unnecessary replication of data;

At least 7 years of experience in a corporate, tech or law firm environment.

Operations experience, including design of workflows, systems, tooling, and data dashboards.

Experience managing complex and sometimes ambiguous projects, with a broad set of stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across borders with multicultural EQ.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required abilities.

Proficient with MS-Word and Excel; and case management system.

Assist case manager and team of investigators with special projects as assigned.

May train new or less experienced employees in procedures in office tasking.

May supervise less experienced staff or project team.

Experience in reviewing public records, legal documents and files.

Develop and manage strong relationships with key channel partners as the primary point of contact

A licensed lawyer with 1-3 years of litigation or corporate experience in a top tier U.S. law firm

Strong relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

Take ownership of complicated partner issues and follow through to resolution

Lead optimization projects, and ensure a successful litigation process

Collaborate with the Legal Account Executive team to create and maintain success plans for the assigned partners

Experience and familiarity with e-discovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity

Basic knowledge of SQL, as well as ability to run SQL queries, a plus

Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings in a manner relevant to the project objective

Provide support to Litigation Counsel in preparing data-driven presentations for Lime’s C-Suite and Board

Prepare memorandum assessing whether evidence supports key legal arguments

Provide deposition or trial testimony as the corporate designee
