Monthly Performance Review (MPR) presentation materials to senior management, including the validation and improvement of the corporate Tableau dashboard data

Assist in the preparation, review and management of key annual senior management meetings, which include the

2-4 year s of work within an agency or business service environment in a Financial Operations, Client Finance or Accounting

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field

Experience with Netsuite (or a similar commercial ERP required)

Experience with Adaptive Insights (or similar planning tools) considered a plus

Minimum 3 years of Finance/Accounting-related experience

Support the Finance Director in maintaining oversight of the regional cost centers

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role,

Analytical skills, with an ability to understand and articulate financial data

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience working with SAP and Long View is a plus

Participating, on an ongoing basis, in special project requests directly from the Management Committee and Senior Management

1-4 years of relevant experience in Finance

Ability to work with large amount of data, while succinctly summarizing conclusions for management

Proficient quantitative, financial and data manipulation skills and exceptional attention to detail

Strong organizational skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders

3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a role with financial modeling, planning, reporting and analysis

Educational concentration or training certification in economics, finance, or accounting

Perform ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling aiding decision support for senior management

Maintain financial presentations for senior management

Analyze and provide insights to Finance and Advertising leadership to inform financial decisions

Relevant professional experience in budgeting and forecasting

Experience with Workday Financial, Adaptive Planning

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar quantitative discipline

3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a high growth media, technology or software services company

Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated proficiency with advanced functions (index, offset, arrays, etc.)

Advanced modeling and presentation skills

Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes

Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Expand and develop reporting packages for the management team to measure and track results against expectations.

Communicate results and trends to management with appropriate recommendations for action.

3+ years of relevant experience within finance and/or accounting

Advanced excel modeling and reporting skills

Previous experience working in a high-growth environment is preferred

Experience with NetSuite and financial planning/business intelligence tools is a plus
