Maintain topical experience in state and federal program and policy issues;

Manage and update NGA websites and electronic portals related to relevant issue programs and utilize web-based communication vehicles;

Have strong research, analytical skills, including ability to synthesize complex issues into audience-appropriate policy considerations and recommendations;

Basic SAP knowledge and ideally relevant experience in warehouse management systems

5 years of professional experience across freight forwarding, brokerage and/or transport management

Bachelor degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain management and/or logistics
