Proven experience executing Security Hardening on diverse LINUX and Windows Operating Systems based on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs

Job Description of Senior Cyber Security Engineer The Senior Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure systems and networks to protect an organization’s data and information. They must have a deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and processes, and be able to identify and mitigate potential threats. Job Skills Required
• Expertise in security engineering, system and network security, authentication, and security protocols
• Knowledge of security tools, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and web related technologies
• Understanding of security architectures, network topologies, and authentication systems
• Ability to analyze security requirements and develop security solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security engineering
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and web related technologies
