Senior Culinary Supervisor Jobs

Five to seven years of direct culinary and operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.

B.S. Degree in Culinary/Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus four years of directly related experience preferred.

Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills

Ability to cross-train abilities for all skills, promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team.

Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, client, customer, and associate levels.

4+ years of experience in an account management or customer service role

Assist in the development of menus, new experiences and market launches Involvement in weekly company and team meetings

3+ years of culinary and/or beverage experience

3+ years of experience in leading a team

Experience in wine, beer or mixology a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
