Experience working with a major video gaming, technology or entertainment company and/or a strong passion for the video games business

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and executive presence

Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs

Strategic, quantitative and financial modelling skills, including the assessment of financial and operating performance

Strong technical skills and knowledge, and ability to synthesize and understand new areas of technology quickly

Strong business acumen and experience in the technology industry

7-12 years of experience in enterprise technology / strategy / corporate development / consulting / investment banking / VC & PE

Experience with business development, strategic investments and partnership, and M&A

Excellent communications skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis and information into a clear and concise form

Support key phases within M&A process which includes due diligence, documentation, and project management to coordinate internal and external experts/advisors.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent required. Master’s degree or CFA a plus.

5+ years relevant experience, ideally in industries such as investment banking, energy, or utilities.

Residence in Southern California required, i.e. San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County.
