Acts as a representative of the property, interacting with guests and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
Implements departmental and property procedures, then trains, schedules, supervises, and evaluates on Security Officers on assigned shift.
Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift, and assumes their duties when necessary..
Maintains adequate staffing levels in the Security Department, by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining employees, as needed.
Assists in the daily operations of the Security Department.
Makes suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, for improvements to policies, procedures, or the facility.
