Responsible for management, efficient operation, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Departments requiring diverse product, process knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
Work with cross-functional teams along with senior management to ensure company objectives are achieved within the direction of the strategic plan.
8 years of relevant manufacturing experience required. For example, Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing, Sr. Operations Manager
Experience with build-to-order or discrete manufacturing is preferred.
Must have experience running a plant with KPI’s robust processes.
Experience making successful presentations to corporate leadership.
