Overview The Security Officer Call Center is responsible for providing a secure environment for customers and employees in a call center setting. This role involves monitoring customer and employee activities, responding to security incidents, and providing customer service. Detailed Job Description The Security Officer Call Center is responsible for providing a secure environment for customers and employees in a call center setting. This role involves monitoring customer and employee activities, responding to security incidents, and providing customer service. The Security Officer will be responsible for patrolling the call center, responding to alarms, and conducting investigations. The Security Officer will also be responsible for providing customer service, such as answering questions and providing directions. The Security Officer will also be responsible for maintaining records and reports, as well as providing security training to employees. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to use security equipment, such as cameras and alarms
• Ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a security role
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of security equipment, such as cameras and alarms
