10+ years of experience in emergency response; 5+ years of management/supervisory experience; LNG experience preferred

Develops, implements, and coordinates Emergency Management/Preparedness, Security, and Business Continuity Plans

Develops and conducts emergency management training

Sustain partnerships with Local, County and State Divisions of Emergency Management, the National Weather Service, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency

Prepares security related reports and information for management as required

Manage emergency drills and assessment evaluation

Offer hundreds of training courses, exercises, and certifications – including paid training days.

Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.

2-3 years of corporate security experience.

Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.

Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries).

Stipends for special certifications and licenses such as EMT, LEOSA, CCW, etc.

Advanced knowledge of bank security and safety procedures

Advanced knowledge of interviewing and investigation techniques

Advanced knowledge of video and access control systems

Thorough knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures

Thorough knowledge of Bank Protection Act, Regulations P & E

Advanced knowledge of Criminal Statutes, rules of evidence and case preparation.

Keeping your knowledge and skills current with the rapidly changing threat landscape.

BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of demonstrated experience in areas such as incident response, systems security, network, and/or application security.

Understanding of security vulnerabilities, attacker exploit techniques, and methods for their remediation.

Experience with common security monitoring, log analysis and forensic tools.

Scripting skills (E.g: Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)

Support the implementation the Security Management Program for Canada and US.

Conduct training with local emergency responders and emergency management agencies on pipeline, rail, and trucking emergencies.

Conduct Security Vulnerability Risk Assessments and associated activities in support of the security management program.

Understanding of regulatory requirements related to Health and Safety with a knowledge of the upstream or midstream oil and gas industries.

Ability to share knowledge and skills within a team environment with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
