Education: High School diploma required. Associate's degree in secretarial science or related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum two years of experience working in an office environment as a secretary or administrative assistant desired.

Must have basic math skills and be able to keep track of division budget.

Use university-specific software to input course schedules and track budgets, students, and catalog edits (training will be provided)

Answer phones and assist callers as appropriate

Collect and enter division fall and spring schedules into Banner

Compensation: Master Teachers earn an annual salary of $140,000, with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus

Experience working with educational technology

A valid New York State Teacher Certification

Strong organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated content knowledge and familiarity with Common Core State Standards

Experience teaching in a special education setting

Minimum of 3 years knowledge and experience teaching the K-12 curriculum

Knowledge and experience teaching in a virtual environment

Minimum of 3 years experience and knowledge of technology and media resources and systems
