The Second Shift Residential Counselor will work with individuals to ensure their safety, well-being, and overall quality of life. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members. The Second Shift Residential Counselor will be responsible for providing direct care, supervision, and support to individuals in a residential setting. This includes providing guidance and support to individuals in the areas of daily living, social skills, and problem solving. The Second Shift Residential Counselor will also be responsible for providing crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. Job Skills Required
