Second Shift Group Leader Jobs

Coordinate new employee and ongoing training and daily operating functions with warehouse management. Write work instructions as assigned.

Maintain and monitor management of waste stream levels and coordinate scheduling of such pickups.

Data entry or prior database use and/or ERP (such as PRMS, Oracle) experience preferred.

Train material handlers on departmental and/or company policies. Train or delegate training to experienced warehouse personnel on job specifics.

Over 2 years warehouse/ inventory experience and at least 2 years experience working in the production/manufacturing industry.

Basic computer skills (such as MS Office, email, etc.).

Has working knowledge of the following responsibilities: Lead Hanger, Lead Packer, Liquid or Powder Sprayer, and Department Supervisor.

Continuous education and certification training

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively manage people

Entry-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred

Excellent customer service skills, positive, friendly attitude
